Resolved: After purchasing an item for a gift, when it didn't fit I learned that I would not receive a full refund for what I paid because their policy does not allow full payment of product, shipping and taxes

Order Placed in your Cherry Hill Store 6 weeks ago and not received @ my home
Hello , i am very unhappy in regards to ordering from your cherry hill store, and having items for Christmas sent to my home. I placed an order for two pairs of your men's PJ flannel bottoms and yet to receive them.
I tried calling your customer service several times and been on hold for more then 1hour and 30 minutes.
My order # is SO04651**** i would like to have the eta of these items being shipped to my home.
I can not believe your local stores can not assist your clients with shipment updates to their homes, i feel that is not a wise decision for customer service and keep clients coming back. My husband shops your clothes all the time and likes your store, please provide me with a update on my order i can not wait on hold for 1 hour or more.

Warning for other customers
I purchased 3 pairs of $100 firehose work pants. Thats over $300.
They are thin, they wear out just like any other pants, drying them puts horrible almost pressed in wrinkles that wont come out even after a re wash. I was really hoping these firehose pants would be that. I mean the commercial shows a guy stabbing them with a knife, among other things. Lifetime warranty?
Not even close! Ill get 10 pairs of wranglers and still have money left. Duluth is 99% Chinese made junk. This company is headed down the road Sears went down, and theyre getting every penny they can while they can.
Dont shop here for work pants, get 40 pairs at goodwill . So long duluthhh!

I was wanting to exchange a shirt for a leather purse. I didnt have the receipt and the clerk and manager helped find the information.
I paid 49.50 in 2/22. The lady manager agreed to allow the 49.50 credit but unfortunately the manager disappeared and the clerk asked for help from someone else. The clerk/new helper wouldnt allow the 49.50 credit because of the system in the register wouldnt allow it. Its very frustrating Ive returned bra and pj pants with no problem.
The flannel shirt is a little to tight across the bust. Its very disappointing and inconsistent.
I hope the customer service department understands the situation. First I was told yes and then I was left disappointed.

Response to incorrect size sent
I ordered a pair of buck naked underwear for my grandson for Christmas. I ordered a size L, and received an XL.
I called the number and explained my situation, and the first representative helped me as much as he could, but I needed the gift in a short period of time. He explained he would refund the postage on my return package, and pass me on to customer service as he didnt have the authority to authorize the mailing situation. He stuck with me until I got Pamela in Customer Service. He had explained the situation ahead of time, and she took it from there.
She apologized for the mistake, then she reordered the item and has shipping overnight. Then she set up the return and sent the necessary paperwork via email.
I was so impressed with the efficiency and kindness of both people. I would definitely recommend Duluth because of this fine service.
