I am disappointed on how that transaction occurred. I understand the warehouse and internet issues.
However when a customer bases a purchase off a clearance item and then the order changes, it would be good faith to reach out to the customer before shipping the one item. Possibly replacing the item with another color at discounted price or something other than what transpired here. As your motto states "no bull", that was pretty much a bull move with no attempt to make the transaction better on your end.
I solely made that purchase thinking that was a good deal with the clearance item. Guess you guys win and I lose.
